What does it take to be the best in our business?
Drive, for one thing. At Ark, we do all we can to support your efforts though our marketing and lead generation. But most of the business you’ll do comes as a direct result of your own prospecting. If you feel like you will not be able to pick up the phone on a daily basis and build your business, then a career at Ark is probably not going to be right for you.
You’ll also need to understand the business of mortgages from a banking perspective and be able to keep up with a constantly changing economic landscape. You’ll have to keep crazy hours at times, and face rejection on a regular basis.
Sound challenging? It is. But we don’t want you to jump in unless you are going to be able to swim. The fact is, many of our competitors fill their offices with small or average producers. Not Ark. If we don’t feel you have the potential to be a strong producer, we don’t want you to waste your time.
Mostly, we want you to really love what you’re doing, helping people to achieve the dream of home ownership in a responsible manner. We’ve seen the right people build incredible careers and achieve amazing incomes when they love what they’re doing.
